This schedule board is pasted on my kitchen wall. At first, it was merely used to let Calder know what to expect of the coming week (including days when Mommy has meeting and so will not be home). At the end of each day, that day's program will be removed from the board. Later I decided to stick a happy face there if Calder did not throw any tantrum that day (he was apt to do so every day). Guess what - within 3 weeks, Calder stopped throwing tantrum!
